Examples of change can include outsourcing, relocation, redundancy, growth and innovation. Making necessary changes before being forced to do so can give you a competitive advantage.

It is important to remember that people are individual and will react differently to change. Everyone’s needs must be met and, as change can often involve a loss, expectations need to be carefully managed.
