Alison is an extensively experienced facilities and property management professional who has worked with major developers, owner/occupiers and managing agents on a wide range of multi-tenanted, new build and listed properties. Alison has worked on properties for multi-national corporations, public and private limited companies including Transatlantic Reinsurance Company, Mitsubishi, London & Regional Properties, Brixton plc, Rotch Property Group, Knight Frank LLP, BDO Stoy Hayward LLP, Oliver Wyman, GVA Grimley and Balfour Beatty. Among the properties she has worked on in central London are the 1 million square foot mixed use development at 55 Baker Street and a grade II listed office building in the Square Mile.

Her core expertise is in streamlining workplace process, delivering cost savings and creating efficiencies through benchmarking, tendering and contract mobilisation. She also has extensive experience of project managing refurbishment works, fit-outs and office relocations. In addition, Alison has also been responsible for business continuity planning and management in several organisations.

Her experience is reinforced by a number of professional qualifications and membership to key professional bodies. Alison holds a postgraduate diploma in Facilities Management with distinction; has full membership of the BIFM; IOSH and NEBOSH Health & Safety qualifications and certification from the Business Continuity Institute. Having completed ACCA accountancy exams, Alison has experience of creating multi-million pound service charge budgets for properties under her management. In addition, Alison is fluent in Spanish and has a strong communication background with a degree in linguistics and anthropology. Furthermore, Alison was nominated by FMX magazine as one of the 2011 ‘Forty under 40’ FMs to watch out for.
