Donna’s HR career started at the Head Office of Nationwide Building Society within a specialist Management Development team focussing on assessment centre methodologies and psychometric testing, geared towards middle/senior management and graduate recruitment.

Progressing as a general HR practitioner, Donna switched her focus to working with organisations experiencing rapid growth and the need to provide efficient and business focussed HR solutions. She spent 7 years with a leading accounting software firm which experienced 30% annual growth, supporting around 500 staff in the UK and Europe. She also played a key role within the Group HR function running various assessment and development initiatives.

Donna then moved into the Telecommunications sector supporting Business Managers across 30 European countries as well as Asia Pacific. Donna also gave advice and guidance to the head office in the US to conclude inter-company transfers, associated policies and remuneration packages.

After nine years in the High Tech sector, Donna spent some years working for a leading UK BPO, establishing processes for European offices, reviewing HR practices and involvement in TUPE projects. She then gained some experience working with a UK Property consultancy focussing on recruitment and development challenges. More recently Donna has also been leading HR strategy and operations for a membership organisation in the legal sector.

Additionally and over the last four years, Donna has worked on a consultancy basis for a number of different organisations including sports membership, design engineering, the service sector, and most recently a large global BPO, operating at both a strategic and operational level. She enjoys the challenge of engaging with clients on this basis and delivering results quickly with impact and improvement clearly evident.
